July , 1988 N.I Package , a forerunner of NIPAP , established by Nissho Iwai 100% investment with a capital of 50 million yen.
April , 1992 Acquired Paper Dept. from Nissho Iwai and changed the corporate name to NIPAP with an increased capital of 100 million yen.
October , 1994 Acquired Paper Export Dept. from Nissho Iwai.
October , 1995 Acquired Osaka Pulp & Paper Div. from Nissho Iwai.
December , 1999 Increased the capital to 298 million yen by an allocation of new shares to a third party.
April , 2000 NIPAP and Kanematsu pulp & Paper Div. were integrated to one management.
And started the existing operations by three main offices - Tokyo , Osaka , Kyushu.
September , 2000 Certified to ISO 14001.
May , 2001 Established Hong Kong Office.
March , 2004 Increased the capital to 327.8 million yen.
February , 2008 Certified by FSC/PEFC　CoC.
